Dr. Celeste Conlon is a Licensed Psychologist in Sugar Land, Texas. She is also a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. For more than 25 years she has helped children, adolescents, parents, and schools address behavior and emotional difficulties. She has worked with many different families from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Dr. Conlon received her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1991. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 1975. In 2014, she completed advanced training in CBT for Anxiety at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Philadelphia. In 2016, Dr. Conlon joined the Board of Directors for the National Social Anxiety Center. Dr. Conlon is a member of the International OCD Foundation, Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and Anxiety and Depression Association of America. She is also a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, American Psychological Association and Texas Psychological Association. She is Past-President of the Fort Bend Psychological Association. She is a member of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, a former Board of Director member of Mental Health America in Fort Bend County, and is active in her church. She speaks regularly to parents, business leaders, mental health professionals, and other community groups.
Dr. Celeste Conlon is the owner of Conlon Psychological Services, PLLC and the founder of the National Social Anxiety Center-Houston/Sugar Land. She and her husband live in Sugar Land, and they have two grown children.
